In the winter season (November 1 – February 28), it opens from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Sundays and Mondays from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Last admission is at 3:00 PM. The monument is closed on December 24, 25, and 26, as well as on January 1.
