What should I do if I booked tickets with an AUDIO GUIDE? +
When you purchase tickets with an audio guide for the Tower of London, you will receive all the information via email. First, you’ll get a purchase confirmation email. Then, you’ll receive another email with access to your private area, where you can download your tickets and, if selected, the audio guide.
What documentation do I need to access the monument? +
You must bring your tickets to the Tower of London. It is also recommended to carry a valid identification document (ID or passport).
Can I use digital tickets? +
Yes! A digital ticket is valid for entry; there’s no need to print it. It must be presented in a format that allows code scanning and must not be a screenshot or photo. Your device screen must be undamaged and brightness set to maximum.
Do children need tickets for the Tower of London? +
All visitors, except children aged 0 to 4, must present a ticket to access the monument.
Can I change or cancel my tickets? +
No, once tickets for the Tower of London are purchased, they cannot be canceled or modified. It’s important to correctly enter the name and select the date and time of your visit before purchasing. Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable, which is explicitly accepted during the purchase process.
No exceptions of any kind are made, as these conditions are set by the monument manager (COVID, illness, job changes, or travel cancellation).
Only in case of monument closure will a refund be issued, and the amount will be automatically refunded via the same payment method used for purchase.
Can I exercise the right of withdrawal? +
The right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of purchase, as stated by the monument itself. Once the purchase is made, as mentioned before, the tickets cannot be canceled or modified, including date, time, and visitor name.
Is it possible to eat inside the monument? +
Food and drinks can be brought in and consumed in designated areas, both outdoors and inside certain buildings, but not in exhibition or historic rooms. There is also a café and restaurant on site.
Is there a locker service at the monument? +
No, the Tower of London does not offer a locker service for security reasons. It is recommended not to bring large or heavy bags or suitcases.
Is the visit canceled in case of rain? +
No, the visit is not canceled if it rains.
What happens if the monument is closed? +
Monument closures are scheduled in advance, so tickets will not be sold for those dates. In case of closure due to force majeure, we will offer to reschedule your tickets or provide a full refund.
Are pets allowed at the monument? +
No, pets are not allowed inside the Tower of London, but guide or therapy dogs are permitted with prior accreditation.
